  • Gates open at 12 noon on Friday 22nd August.
    The evening meal is from 5pm to 7pm.
    Cars must move to the car park by 4:30pm Friday

  • Your ticket includes all main meals, camping, seminars, main meetings and most social/sports activities. There will be opportunities to purchase snacks and drinks from our onsite vendors.

  • Day tickets will be made available. If you intend to book both Saturday and Sunday it is more cost effective to purchase a full ticket.

  • There is plenty of free parking at the site vehicle park. After unloading, all cars must leave the camping area and park in the site car park at the North Gate.

  • There will be accessible parking for Blue Badge holders

  • The site only has areas for tents and caravans.

  • Yes, toilets and shower facilities will be available on site.

  • Camping pitches will be allocated on arrival. Your Church coordinator should be in charge of your site.

  • Yes you can. Every delegate will receive a ‘welcome email’ which will ask you about your tent/caravan size and number, please add your request in your reply.

  • All under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • Open Fires are prohibited in the camping zone.

    BBQs must conform to fire safety precautions

    We reserve the right to stop any unsafe BBQ.

  • Yes you can.

  • Electrical hook ups are available but MUST be booked in advance and are limited in location and numbers.

  • Unfortunately pets are unable to join us on site, the only exceptions are guide/assistance dogs.

  • The site will be a pedestrian area and for safety reason bikes and skateboards and similar will not be allowed in the pedestrian area

  • You are welcome to bring alcohol to the site. There will also be water points on site so we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle.

  • Gluten Free and Dairy free options will be available but you must have noted your requirements when you booked your ticket. If you need to update your dietary requirements please email together@hopechurchuk.org

  • There is not a food shop on site, the nearest shops are several miles away.
    There will be a coffee shop / café on site serving hot and cold drinks

  • A map of the site will be available when you arrive and check in.
    Maps are also available from the Site Office

  • We are planning for 2 or 3 seminars on Saturday afternoon and also on Sunday afternoon. Details will be annouced later.

  • Lost property will be available at the Site Office / Information point at the Norfolk Pavilion.

  • Some power points are available in the buildings and the Site Office will have some charging points.

  • On Sunday, vehicles will be allowed onsite ONLY between 7:30pm and 8:30pm to collect belongings. Please pack up tent etc BEFORE bringing your vehicle on site.

  • The last meeting is on Monday 25th August from 10am to 12 noon After this there is a buffet lunch from 12:30 to 2pm.
