Pop-In

We meet three times a month on Friday mornings for:-

socialising

refreshments

ladies' keep fit

men's pool & darts

speakers & demonstrations

There are normally around 25-30 of us on Fridays, and we meet at the Goodmead Centre near Orpington High Street.

We also organise a number of outings, coach trips and lunches throughout the year. The pictures on this page are from some of our recent activities.
