Worship
We believe that a church will only be as effective as the strength of its relationship with Jesus. He is the centre of every aspect of the church life. Therefore, worship is one of our highest priorities. As John Piper says: "Mission is not the ultimate goal of the church. Worship is. Mission exists because worship doesn’t."
We believe that passionate corporate worship is vital for the health of the church. Whether in our large Sunday meetings or in our small home cell groups, we expect everyone to participate in the worship as they are prompted by the Holy Spirit. We are a charismatic people committed to the use of spiritual gifts as we meet together.
The style of our worship is contemporary and accessible to all ages. Our meetings are marked by enthusiasm and freedom, yet we are clear that there must be a reverence in God’s presence, despite our informality.
