Hope Church was originally founded as Orpington Town Church in 1990 when a group led by Anthony Henson planted out from the Newfrontiers church in Sidcup. Many moved house to help establish a Bible-believing, vibrant church in this area. Their vision and faithfulness bore wonderful fruit and after Trevor Payne became Pastor in 2000 they were able to purchase the Goodmead Centre in Orpington.

The church grew and in 2008 we launched a second congregation in Bromley with a vision to impact a wider area. Having changed our name to Hope Church, we are currently seeking God for a second premises that will help us impact the central area of our borough.
